Savills Global Capital Markets

In an increasingly interconnected business environment, investors from all parts of the world want access to real estate in the major gateway cities such as London, New York, Hong Kong, Paris, Frankfurt and Tokyo.

Savills recognises this as an important development and the Savills Global Network enables the Cross Border Investment team to assist any investor wishing to invest outside their domestic market or who owns property investments overseas.

There is a Central Cross Border Team in addition to a Cross Border network spanning the US, EMEA and Asia. The team regularly travel across the globe and link up with the regional teams. They act as a key point of contact for Savills services across multiple sectors and geographies.

Additionally, when it comes to the disposal of assets or capital raising for projects, owners want reassurance that any opportunity will reach a global audience. The Cross Border Investment Network ensures that Savills sales get the right global exposure and are seen by the newest and most aggressive buyers in the market.
