A) IMPERIA MERIT SCHOLARSHIP/ IMPERIA STUDENT LOYALTY SCHOLARSHIP

5. Once awarded, Scholarship recipients must be enrolled as full-time students for the entire programme.

C) IMPERIA LEARDERSHIP EXCELLENCE SCHOLARSHIP/ IMPERIA SPORT EXCELLENCE SCHOLARSHIP

Students receiving scholarship from other bodies are not eligible for the scholarship. The terms and manner in which the scholarship is disbursed will be decided by IMPERIA. All decision made by the IMPERIA Institute of Technology Scholarship Committee are final. 17. IMPERIA reserves the right to involve the scholarship recipients in interviews, advertisements, photography or other publicity related activities for the purpose of promoting the education institution.

The applicant must submit a certified true copy of: i) Birth certificate of student and sibling ii) Alumni’s official certificate or examination result(s) for IMPERIA

18. The scholarship will be terminated upon completion of the normal prescribed study period specified by the IMPERIA.IMPERIA Institute of Technology reserves the right to decide on the number / amount of scholarships to be awarded.

SPECIFIC TERM & CONDITIONS FOR EDUCATION SCHOLARSHIP FROM ASSOCIATE COMPANY (EG: SENTORIA BHD, ACCORD CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD, OTHERS) 1. The award is open to Malaysian citizens only. 12. The scholarship is neither transferable nor exchangeable for cash.

2. The Scholarship is offered strictly to full-time registered student at IMPERIA Institute of Technology.

13. All scholarships are applicable for studies at campuses of IMPERIA in Malaysia only and are not applicable for period of study at overseas partner universities.

5. Successful applicant will be informed by the IMPERIA via email within 2 weeks after the interview, they must confirm acceptance of the scholarship within 2 weeks, failing which it will be automatically withdrawn.

9. Awardees must achieve and maintain high academic and exemplary behaviour throughout their studies at IMPERIA to continue enjoying the award:- • Full passes in all subjects and the applicable GPA/require average

• Actively in College’s sport, extracurricular and other related activities.

19. All scholarship applications must be accompanied by completed registration form and any other required documents.

20. The scholarship will be terminated upon completion of the normal prescribed study period specified by the IMPERIA campus.

21. IMPERIA Institute of Technology/Associate Company reserves the right to terminate the scholarship if the student does not abide by the rules and regulations stated in the student handbook.
