HOW TO FIND INSTRUCTIONS ABOUT CAREER PLAN?

EVERY student must present the CAREER PLAN using the onlineprocedure:

The plan must be approved by the Degree Course council.

The elective course credits vary from one course to another: please checkthem on “annex 3”.

The study plan will be automatically approved if the elective course units arechosen among those indicated as alternative in the list of the course units.

Career plan

(COORTE 2017) (FIRST YEAR, 2017-2018)

Elective/optional course must have different contents amongthe other course units already present in the Career plan ascompulsory.

In order to have an overall evaluation by the Degree Coursecouncil, the student of the Second Cycle Degree course shouldinclude every unit course for both the first and the secondacademic year (120 total credits).

Pass/No Pass courses (those with “GIUDIZIO FINALE” asevaluation) can’t be chosen as elective/optional.

HOW TO USE UNIWEB TO ADD A CAREER PLAN?

To access the section of the career plan you have to log onto the websitehttps://uniweb.unipd.it/Home.do as shown in the following pictures:

Enter your credentials by selecting the domain "@studenti.unipd.it”

Type your

username and password

select the domain

@studenti.unipd.it

In the Uniweb personal page, select “Career Plan” from the left menu.To start the procedure, click on “study plan”.

Click on “New Study Plan”.

Read carefully the note, then click on “Proceed to complete yourStudy Plan”.

When the system automatically put a flag on the square next to the

course unit, it means that these are compulsory exams listed on your“annex 3”. Click on “Next Rule” to continue.

The system will show you a list with the ALTERNATIVE EXAMS, listed

in your “annex 3”. You have to choose 1 or more blocks from them by

clicking on the square next to it, until you reach the number of ECTScredits foreseen in “annex 3”. Then click on “Next Rule”.

The system will automatically include the “Final examination”compulsory activity, so click on “Next Rule”.

The system will show you a list with the FREE CHOICE EXAMS, listed in

your “annex 3”. You could choose 1 or more from the remaining

alternative course by clicking on the square next to it, until you reach thenumber of ECTS credits foreseen in “annex 3”. Then click on “Next Rule”.

UNIWEB Career Plan

If you don’t want to choose your free exams from the remaining

alternative exams, on the next rule the system will allow you to click on

“Add activity”. You will see a list of exams in all the School of

agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine or even in all UNIPD.

You can include the code of your free choice exams freely selected from all

UNIPD Educational Offer, but remember that the Degree Course council will

evaluate your plan to check if it is suitable with the contents of your course

(so make a wise choice!).

Finally, you will obtain your Career plan for the first

and second year!

UNIWEB Career Plan

If you don’t want to change it, remember to click on “Confirm study

plan”, otherwise the plan will not be included by the system.

• If you click on “Cancel Study Plan”, you will delete all course units

selected and you will have to fill in the study plan again from the

beginning.

• If you click on “Print Study Plan”, you can print it even though it is not

confirmed yet.

UNIWEB Career Plan

You will be asked to evaluate the procedure and the help received by

the system. Once you’ll have evaluated it, click on “Avanti”.

If everything is correct you will see “Your study plan has been

recorded”.

UNIWEB Career Plan

If in the future you might want to change your alternative exams or

free choice exams, you have to wait until the next temporal

window.

We strongly advise you to fill in your Study Plan, including at least the

compulsory exams!
