SMOKED MARSHMALLOW HOT CHOCOLATE Glass size: 16 oz.

INGREDIENTS

¾ oz. Monin Toasted Marshmallow Syrup

¼ oz. Monin Hickory Smoke Syrup

Fill with hot cocoa

PREPARATION

Combine ingredients in warmed serving cup. Stir gently until thoroughly mixed. Garnish with whipped cream and toasted marshmallows.

ORANGE CHAI SPICED TEA Glass size: 16 oz.

INGREDIENTS

½ oz. Monin Orange Tangerine Syrup

¼ oz. Monin Chai Tea Concentrate

7 oz. fresh brewed black tea

PREPARATION

Fill serving glass with ice. Add remaining ingredients in the order listed. Roll to mix from serving glass to other glass and back. Garnish with orange peel and a cinnamon stick.

GINGER BERRY MOCKTAIL Glass size: 16 oz.

INGREDIENTS

½ oz. Monin Raspberry Fruit Purée

¼ oz. fresh lime juice

2 oz. cranberry juice

Fill with ginger beer

PREPARATION

Pour ingredients into mixing tin with ice in order listed, except for ginger beer. Cap and shake. Strain into serving glass filled with fresh ice. Fill with ginger beer and gently stir. Garnish with fresh mint and raspberries.
