Who needs to wear a seatbelt

Everyone should wear a seatbelt when in a vehicle

If you are under 19 it is a primary offense, which means a police officer can pull you over for not having a seat belt on

If you are over 19 it is a secondary offense, you cannot be pulled over for it, but when pulled over you can be sited for not having a seatbelt

The fine for not wearing a seatbelt is $45
