The precision of electronic pumps is affectedby fluctuations in pressure at the intake,especially between 0 and 1 bar.

The backpressure valve keeps a constantpressure inside the pipeline during thedosage. In addition, dosing with abackpressure avoids siphoning fromoccurring in the pump.

Priming-aidPriming problems may occur on dosing pumps with a low flowrate, and also in case of excessive suction heights in relationto the pump’s capacity. This accessory is able to resolve theseproblems. Where possible it is fitted at the same height as thepump’s intake valve and a short distance from it.
