The student is responsible for notifying the Academic Advisor, during the registration period prior to his/her last anticipated semester, of his/her expected readiness for graduation. The student is also responsible for notifying the Academic Advisor of any changes in his/her courses that impact graduation.

All VET students must have completed their required rabies pre-exposure vaccination series or show proof of a protective titer against rabies virus by the start of the third semester. Students will not be able to enroll in VET courses in the third semester without having been vaccinated, which may impact their enrollment in the Vet Tech program. The cost of the vaccination series and blood testing is the responsibility of the student.
