The collaboration spaces all intergrate smart tables into their technology, giving them computer table tops and encouraging collaboration. Spaces that have the most foot traffic focus on stimulating workers throughout their workday while still being high functioning design. A way to lure workers into tight spaces of the building was to make the hallways look wider which was accomplished through manipulating light to pass throughout the building. To reflect the Seedlings Appearal brand the floorplan had to be a flexible, high functioning, tech-nology saavy executive office interior. To acheive this desks and storage units were made individually to allow mobile floorplans and flexibility for change.

Seedlings Appearal, a style fit for the free spirited, gathers their inspiration from nature by utilizing fabrics that are grown from the Earth. The floorplans design directly reflects Seelings natural brand and uses inspiration from plants also by manipulating materials to simulate phenomenas by practicing biomimicry. Like the rings of a tree, rings of hierarchy distribute the workstations, offices, and collaboration spaces evenly throughout the building, organizing employees by skill rather than power and inspiring integration with fellow coworkers. The core circulation design consists of the main halls which use way finding techniques to lead employees to public areas from meeting rooms in the middle to the open collabora-tion spaces on the outside.
