AIRPORT LIGHTING CONTROL PANELS Compliance with standard L-821 This Airport Lighting panels are designed for remote control of airport lighting and auxiliary. The configuration is customer orientated, the use of a mosaic mimic system make these panels completely variable and flexible. Future changes and extensions are possible without changing out the complete panel. The panels can be constructed for the FAA classes: F flush mounted for using in desks or panels S surface mounted for using on desks W wall or surface mounted for using on walls or panels Mosaic mimic panels are FAA style 1 only. With the use of reduced control voltages (optional) for the “OFF” position of all indications the Pro-Plan panels almost meet FAA style 2. Another advantage of the Mosaic mimic design is the permanent control of the LED/lamp function. All FAA modes can be supplied using the Pro-Plan mosaic mimic systems. Pro-Plan uses different mosaic systems and tile sizes. The special frames and profiles allow all dimensions and kinds of panels to be accommodated. The front of all panels can be protected by windows made from “PLEXIGLASS” or “MAKROLON” with or without key lock. The diagram on the mosaic tiles are made using an airbrush technique based on CAD drawings. The text, figures and symbols are made direct from CAD on a flat bed plotter. All languages or symbols are available. The LED’s used are designed for bright and clear illumination and very high life times (>100 000 hours). The push buttons and switches have a life of more than 100 000 operations and all wiring is to customer specification.
