Consultation At your request, a consultant (with church ministry and building planning experience) will visit your church to discuss the ministry plans of your church, analyze the current buildings and provide resources to assist you in decision making. For more information, call 214.828.5135. Master Planning/Space Planning Preliminary master site plans and floor plans prepared by professionals who know ministry, codes and construction. Loans Small Church Loan Fund: Established by the Mary Hill Davis Mission Offering, this fund provides loans of up to $25,000 to churches with a worship attendance of 100 or less, annual income of $100,000 or less for construction projects of $200,000 or less. The loan has a 10 year term at 6% interest. Contact Church Architecture for full details and application. Smith Loan Fund: Established by the R. W. Smith family, this fund provides loans of up to $7,500 to churches with a membership of 200 or less for church building improvements and new construction. The loan has a 6 year term with an interest rate of one-half of the current prime rate. Contact Church Architecture for full details and application. Grants Small Church Matching Grant: Provides up to $5,000 to match money raised by a church for remodeling or new construction. It is available to churches a minimum of 5 years old with a worship attendance of 100 or less, annual income of $100,000 or less, for construction projects of $200,000 or less. StaffKeith Crouch, AIA, Director

Keith is a nationally certified and state registered architect with 8 years of experience in commercial architecture and 28 years with BGCT Church Architecture. He also served six years on a church staff.

Pat Ekern, AIA, Consultant / Designer

Pat is a registered architect with 23 years of design experience. She has served on a church staff and for 21 years with BGCT Church Architecture.

Ken Hunnicutt, Consultant / Designer

Ken served 20 years as a Minister of Education and Church Administrator in both small and large churches. He has served 11 years with BGCT Church Architecture.

Karen Young Loans & Grants / Office Manager

Karen served with Church Architecture from 2000-2007 and has rejoined staff in 2016. She has over 20 years of staff experience in the local church, Baptist Association and Seminary.

Russell Maddox, Consultant / Designer

Russell has degrees in Architecture Design and Theology. He has over 40 years of ministry and planning experience.
