Working Principle Electrical motor drives the belt wheel to make the swing jaw move following the specific track by eccentric shaft. After the materials enter into the crushing chamber, they are crushed between the two jaw plates by impacting, bending, and striking, and then discharged from the discharge opening.

Working Principle ……………………………………………………………… ………………….The motor drives belt and pulley. The movable jaw swings up a nd down

before and after through the eccentric shaft. When the movable pushes the movable jaw plate to the fixed jaw plate, the material is crushed or split into pieces. When the movable jaw and movable jaw plate springs back in the effect of eccentric shaft, the material previously have been crushed discharges from the discharge opening of the lower part. With the motor continuously rotating, the movable jaw breaks and discharges material periodically to achieve mass production.

S Series Cone Crusher

Working Principle

When the S series cone crusher works, driven by the motor, the eccentric sleeve rotates under the combined action of the triangular belt, big belt pulley, transmission shaft, bevel pinion and bevel gear wheel. Then, under the action of the eccentric sleeve, axis starts to rotate, too. During which, the crushing wall would be sometimes close to or sometimes away from the rolling wall. This motion forces materials to be shocked, squeezed and broken continuously in the crushing cavity between the crushing wall and the rolling wall. Finally, materials are discharged out of the machine when their fineness reaches the discharging standard.

discharged. Adjusting the gap between the impact rack and the rotor rack can change the

granularity and shape of finished products. Behind the impact plate is a spring safety

device. When unbreakable materials enter the crushing chamber, the impact rack goes

backwards to discharge unbreakable materials out of the crusher

Working Principle

After materials are fed into the hopper, they are through a central feeding hole, thrown to the impellers, which are rotating at a high speed. Then the material are accelerated and thrown out of impeller area. There part of materials, first, impact on the other part of materials, which are falling down, and then, they together strike on the material layers or on impact blocks. Due to rebound, they will back to top of crushing cavity and again be shot back to strike on another part of materials which are shot from the impeller flow and form a continuous material curtain. The final products will be discharged from the discharge open at the bottom .

Working Principle Vibrating screen machine is composed of screen box, screen mesh, vibrator, damping spring mechanism, chassis, etc. Side plate is made of high qualified steel plate, side plate and beam, vibration seat adopts

high strength bolt connection or ring groove rivet, adopts cylinder postures eccentric shaft vibrator and eccentric block to adjust the amplitude. Vibrator is installed on the screen box side plate, and by the motor through v-belt drive vibrator eccentric block produced high-speed rotation, produce the large centrifugal force, stimulate the screen box produce certain amplitude of circular movement, oversize material in the tilted screen by screen box to the impulse of the continuous casting movement, material meet with screen surface in the process of making less than the particles through the sieve mesh, so as to realize classification.

Sands and gravels enter the wash trough along with the feed trough where they, under the action of impeller, roll over and grind each other to remove impurities on the surface and to destroy the water vapor layer covering sands to facilitate dehydration. At the same time, add water to form a strong water flow to rinse away impurities and foreign matters. Clean sands and gravels are taken away by blades of the impeller and then poured into the discharge trough from the rotating impeller. This is the whole process of sand washing.

When the LSX sand washing machine works, the motor drives the impeller to rotate slowly through the reduction of triangular belt, reducer and gear. The sand stone enters the feeding groove and rolls under the drive of the impeller and grinds to each other. At the same time, water is added to form strong water flow, and impurities and foreign bodies with small gravity are taken away in time, and discharged from the overflow outlet wash tank to complete the cleaning effect. The clean sand is carried away by the blade, and finally the sand is poured into the discharge trough from the rotating impeller to complete the cleaning of the sand.

Ball Mill Ball mills are used primary for single stage fine grinding. Working Principle When ball mill works, motor makes cylinder to rotate by virtue of deceleration transmission of decelerator and peripheral rack wheel or low speed synchronous motor and peripheral rack wheel. The cylinder is filled with grinding medium, iron rod. By the action of centrifugal and abrasive force, grinding medium are carried to certain height and subsequently fall. Minerals are continuously fed into cylinder and then grinned into powers. Mineral powders are discharged by overflow and force created by constant feeding.

Working Principle The main unit of the European trapezium grinding mill runs with a central shaft driven by a transmission device. The top of the mills’ shaft is connected with a quincunx stand, on which a grinding roller is installed to form a swing support. The grinding roller of the mills not only rotates around its own axis, but also rotates around the grinding ring and rotates itself due to the friction. There is a spade system under the quincunx stand at the bottom end of the grinding roller. During rotation of the spade and the rollers of the mill, materials will be fed into the space between rollers and ring to form a material layer. The materials will be grinded due to centrifugal force.

Working principle After hammer crushers (or jaw crushers) breaking large bulky materials to smaller ones, elevator works to send materials into material hopper. Then, by electromagnetic vibrating feeder, broken materials are evenly and quantitatively sent to the grinding chamber of HGM grinding mill. After grinding, materials are blown away by airflow to the powder concentrator for classifying. Under the action of the impeller of powder selector, materials which fail to meet fineness would be sent back to grinding chamber to get another grinding while qualified powders would be collected by cyclone powder collector and discharged from the bottom as finished products. And, after that, the airflow would go into the fan along with the air return duct at the top of cyclone power collector. This system adopts a closed circuit and runs under positive and negative pressure.
