(FUSE) Pilot Evaluation. Project will evaluate the FUSE initiative across a three year

span. Will include a process and outcome evaluation. (Full award: $191,000).

2009-2012 Principal Investigator. Wood Pilot Project Evaluation. Project proposal includes

providing an outcome evaluation of the Wood Pilot Project. (Full award: $99,000,

Bonneville County, Idaho).

2008- 2010 Co-Principal Investigator. Youth and Family Community Partnership Evaluation.

Project proposal includes following approximately 250 youth who will be diverted

from the Youth Development Center to Cuyahoga County for service delivery. The

youth will be tracked and interviewed at intake, 6 months and 12 months to assess

outcomes. (Full award: $524,125, Cuyahoga County, Ohio).

2006-2009 Co-Principal Investigator. Prison Experience and Re-Entry: Examining the Impact

of Victimization on Coming Home. Project proposal includes interviewing 1600

formerly incarcerated halfway house participants to assess victimization status. The

subjects will then be followed for a period of 18 months to assess community

2005-2007 Co-Principal Investigator. Statewide Evaluation of Felony Drug Courts in Idaho.

Project proposal includes providing a statewide outcome evaluation of 10 felony drug

courts across Idaho. (Full award: $120,000; Idaho Supreme Court)

2003-2006 Consultant. Nevada Department of Corrections. Advisement regarding the “Going

Home Prepared” Re-Entry Program. Responsibilities include consulting with state

and local officials regarding effective assessment and treatment practices.

Evaluation. Responsibilities include site visits, development of an evaluation plan,
