TECHNICAL FEATURES Shrink wraps with polyethylene film. Electronic temperature control in the shrink wrap and welding tunnel. Manual controls and fully automatic operation. Dropped square-shaped package system for different formats. Brake, pushing and unloading system used to bundle products. Positioning system used to transfer the product from 1 to 2 rows. Top quality materials: OMRON automation system, FESTO pneumatic system, TELEMECANIQUE electrical devices.

OPERATION The square-shaped packages are received on the conveyor product entrance at a 90º angle. Packages move horizontally on their longest side; the conveyor features a rising slope with a pneumatic system on the end that positions packages vertically. The machine features a cylinder assembly that separates the product in the requested formats. A 1 to 2 row positioning system can be installed on the conveyor entrance to increase the production rate.
