Then follow the Kokikai Aikido signs, or the directions below. Locating the Lavino Field House on Campus: Enter the school grounds at the entrance opposite Gordon Ave. (opposite Sun National Bank). Go straight past the guard house on the left and take the 1st left. Proceed straight – the road ends at the field house. Parking is to the left of and behind the field house. Do not park in front of the field house. Those spaces are reserved. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE (sign and enclose with registration and fees) In consideration of being accepted as a student of Shuji Maruyama, the undersigned adult does hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify, and agree to hold harmless, Shuji Maruyama, his employees and agents, and the organizers, sponsors, supervisors, instructors, participants, and persons involved in the operation of this program, for any claim arising out of injury, personal damage or loss of any kind, including but not limited to claims for personal injury or property damage resulting from accident or negligent act or omission of the above mentioned instructors employees and agents, whether arising out of Aikido training sessions or instruction, participation in demonstrations, camps or seminars, or resulting from the use of facilities or equipment either on his leased premises or elsewhere. The undersigned further states that she or he has been advised of, and has observed personally, facts which evidence inherent dangers in practicing the martial art of Aikido. The undersigned acknowledges the existence of and assumes the risks that are so inherent.

PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY enough to register and change for class.

FRIDAY NIGHT: Join everyone after class at Amalfi’s in Lawrenceville. Get directions and a look at their menu at www.amalfis.com. SATURDAY NIGHT PARTY: Make the most of your camp experience! Get to know your fellow Kokikai members – hang out while you watch the oldsters dance like crazy people! The party will be held at the Clarion Palmer Inn, 3499 Rte 1S, Princeton. HOUSING: We have arranged discounted rates with the Clarion Palmer Inn in Princeton. The rate includes complimentary breakfast and a free shuttle bus to camp! Limited rooms are available at this rate, and it is only valid till about Feb. 10, so call (609) 452-2500 ASAP and mention Aikido. MEALS: Buffet lunch is included in the registration fee when you register for the full weekend. Visitors and those paying by the class may purchase lunch for $15. MATS: Pursuant to the “brown belt rule,” if you possibly can, arrive at camp early to help set up the mats. We really need many helping hands – not just brown belts - to get the mats ready for camp on time. CAMP CHECKLIST: weapons, towels, locks for lockers, extra gi, testing fees. Remember: registration can only accept cash at camp.
