Process of GTD
First of all,
You should have a
Big Bucket
Bucket에 모두 담아두고
“비어있는 머리”만들기
The first thing to do is to empty all the things
you need to do out of your head and into
your “bucket” which could be your email inbox,
a tape recorder, a notebook, or a spreadsheet,
for example.
Then you process your bucket once a week.
Step 1. Collect (수집)

• Deal with one item at a time (한번에 하나씩)
• Never put anything back to „in‟ (절대 다시 집어 넣지 않기!)
Do it (if it takes less than 2 minutes)

Create Next Action lists based on contexts)

1. Context : 처리할 수 있는 상황인가?
2. Time available : 시간은 충분한가?
3. Energy available : 정신적, 신체적 에너지는 충분한가?
4. Priority : 이 일이 중요한가?
• Make choices about your action based on
what you can do and in what context (내가 할 수 있는 것과 상황을 고려)
• Stay flexible –maintain a “total life” action reminder system (유연성 있게)
• Ensure the best choices by focusing on priorities (우선순위)
• Revisit and recalibrate commitments regularly (정기적 자기확인)
