    Sinonasal undifferentiated carcinoma is a particularl$ difficult to treat

    0enefit

    represents a possible newavenue of therap$

    challen#e to treat despite a##ressive multidisciplinar$

    approaches

    &here is no evidence that a##ressive sur#er$ and post%operative !& offer an$ survival advanta#e compared toother modalities

    &herefore" a search for alternative

    therapies is warranted
