Thickened by l i th ium complex soap, SINOPEC Lithium Complex Grease EP is made from deeply refined mineral oil with extreme pressure additives, rust and oxidation inhibitors. According to GB/T 7631.8-90(ISO6743/9-1987), it can be classified as follow: L-XBEHB1, L-XBEHB2, L-XBEHB3. They can effectively reduce abrasion and corrosive pitting between friction pairs and extend service life.
S I N O P E C E x t r e m e P r e s s u r e H i g h temperature Grease 7019-1 is manufactured from semi-synthetic base oil, a lithium complex thickener and EP, antioxidant, anticorrosion additives etc. According to GB/T 7631.8-90(ISO6743/9-1987), it can be classified as follow: L-XCEBB00, L-XCEBB0, L-XCEBB1, L-XCEBB2, L -XCEBB3. They have ou ts tand ing performance over wide temperature ranges, especially, they have better performance in high load, high temperature and high-speed conditions.

Thickened by lithium complex metal soap, SINOPEC BME Grease is made from deeply
refined mineral oil and synthetic oil with extreme pressure additives, rust and oxidation
inhibitors through special technical process. According to GB/T 7631.8-90 (ISO6743/9-
1987), it can be classified as follow: L-XDEBB2. They have outstanding high and low
temperature performance, they can provide long operating life under high temperature,
good start-up property at low temperature. It is suitable for lubricating bearings of high
capacity motor and dynamotor, application temperature range:-40℃ to 160℃.
长城牌BME润滑脂产品采用复合锂基稠化剂稠化深度精制矿物油和合成油，并
加入抗氧、防锈、极压等添加剂，经特殊工艺制造而成。按GB/T 7631.8-90 (ISO
6743/9-1987) 分类为：L-XDEBB2。突出的高低温性能，高温条件下使用寿命
长，低温启动性能好。适用于大型电机轴承及发电机轴承的润滑，建议使用温度
为：-40℃～160℃。

SHGFR-154 High-temperature Anti-seize Lubricant is a viscous high-temperature
release agent and lubricating compound based on synthetic oil. It contains solid
lubricants and multifunctional additives. The base fluid starts to evaporate at approx.
200℃, leaving a solid lubricant film, which separates frictional surfaces (dry lubrication).
It was developed as a lubricating compound for surfaces subject to high thermal loads,
such as in rotary kilns in the cement industry between the inner surfaces of the tyres
and the kiln shell’s slide elements as well as the running surfaces of the axial supports.
长城牌SHGFR－154高温防粘润滑剂采用合成油，加入固体润滑剂和多功能添加
剂，具有优异的极压抗磨性能，易于喷涂或涂敷，使用周期长，抗燃，不腐蚀设备，
贮存稳定性好。GFR－154高温防粘润滑剂适用于-30℃～400℃温度范围内的重／中
负荷设备金属摩擦表面的高温防烧结（润滑），如水泥行业回转窑轮带内侧表面与
窑体垫铁间的润滑。GFR－154高温防粘润滑剂被国家建材局规定为干法水泥生产装
置回转窑轮带内侧表面专用润滑剂。

7420 Heavy Duty Open Gear Grease
is partly synthetic base oil with complex
aluminium soap, and EP additives and
graphite as solid lubricant, i t is safe
adhesion and no dripping, it is suitable
for universal application, and preferably
sprayed. Suitable for tube mills and rotary
kilns open gearboxes of low-speed to
medium-speed that used in coal fire steam
plant, cement plant, etc.
This heavy-duty grease consists of a highly viscous base oil, special lithium soap and particularly effective EP/AW additives. It also contains solid lubricants to ensure reliable operation under starved lubrication conditions. It was especially developed for large low-speed rolling bearings subject to high loads. It is typically applied to lubricate the bearings of rollers (spherical roller bearings) in roller presses, and crushers in the cement industry.

大型、重负荷、低速至中速的开式
齿轮的润滑。

混合皂稠化高黏度精制基础油，并
加有极压抗磨剂等添加剂制成的。
具有优良的抗磨极压性、粘附性、
防锈性能；本产品特别适用于水泥

SINOPEC Long service life turbine oil is blended with high quality hydrogenated
base oil and well-chosen additive. With oxidation stability, it is suitable for lubrication
of large power supercritical turbine and low duty gas turbine. The product comprises
3 grades such as 32, 46 and 68 according to its kinematic viscosity at 40℃. Their
perfect oxidation stability, inhibit formation of sludge, ensuring overlong service life
of oil.

长城牌威越L-TSA/LF长寿命汽轮机油是以优质加氢基础油和精选添加剂调
