Management Structure

CORPORATE GOVERNANCE

SKT Pharmaceuticals has adopted an executive

office system under the Board of Directors to

separate management supervision from business

execution. In addition, SKT has adopted an Audit &

supervisory Board system independent of the

Board of Directors to audit the execution of the

duties by the director. The Board of Directors

composed of three (3) members and one outside

director who acts as consultant and convenes once

a month a month as a rule to decide and report on

important management matters.

INDICATIONS

Treatment of infection caused by susceptible strains in conjuctivitis and cormeal ulcers

Tropical treatment of Bacterial infection conjuctivitis caused by susceptible organisms

Reduction of Ocular inflammation and prophylaxis of infection due to susceptible organisms

following intraocular surgery

Used for cyclopegia for diagnostic procedures & mydriasis

Ophthalmic Use: Steroid responsive inflammatory conditions of the palpebral and bulbar

conjuctiva, cornea and anterior segment of the globe

Otic Use: Steroid responsive inflammatory conditions of the external auditory meatus such as

allergic otitis externa when in oedema and inflmmation.

Moloxidex is indicated for steroid-responsive inflammatory ocular conditions which a

corticosteroid is indicated and where bacterial infection or a risk of bacterial ocular infection

exists. The combination can also be used for post operative inflammation associated with

infection.

Relief discomfort and congestion occurring with minor eye irritation due to hay fever, dust,

smoke, smog, colds, wind, sun, swimming. Ocular itching, redness and tearing

Artificial tear treatment for both mucin-deficient and acqeous-deficient dry eye conditions

He sets the vision and strategy, and oversees all aspects of

the company’s operations. Dung has advanced SKT’s

products development by forming collaboration with a

number of global pharmaceutical companies and research

based institutions.

He is an experienced executive having spent more than 16

years marketing Alcon Pharma Products under Summit

Healthcare Pharmaceutical which he served and rose to the

position of Managing Director until December 31st 2015.

He joins the services of SKT Healthcare Pharmaceuticals as

CEO and Co-founder.

A Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of on-the job

experience. He attended the prestigious University of

Ibadan with a topmost grade before proceeding for his

postgraduate degree after years of working experience. He

is a certified member of Nigeria Institute of Management

and other well structured associations in Nigeria and

abroad.

Mr. Oyekanmi’s role is central in the strategic planning and

Financial forecasting for the company. He directs the

internal control and advises the board of directors on the

financial position of the company; leads in drawing the

budget for the company’s fiscal year. This includes

regulatory compliance with accounting standards and

practices to working with the managing director on

developing financial strategies for the company. His

attention to detail has been instrumental in securing the

company’s profitability. Mr. Kadiri sets and enforces

accounting policies, in addition to working with other

departments to develop positions on best practices

throughout the organization.

Born on the 17th August 1978 in Samaru Zaria, Kaduna State. He attended the Ahmadu Bello University Primary School. Federal Government College Jos and the University of Jos were he graduated with Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) in 2004

He obtained MBA in Management from the University of Port Harcourt in 2015 . After his intenship in Jos University Teaching Hospital and NYSC with the Rivers State Ministry of Health, he joined the services of E.J Pharmaceuticals as business development executive in 2007. In 2008, he joined summit healthcare pharmaceutical ltd as medical representative covering 6 state in the south region of the country and subsequently rose to the rank of an Area Manager in 2012. In 2015 he joined the services of SKT Healthcare Pharmaceuticals Ltd.

She has over 10 years of experience in Corporate Business Development, Human Resources Management, Corporate Strategy and Accounting. She holds a Master of Business Administration from National Open University Nigeria. She is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria amongst others.
