STUDENT INFORMATION REPORT-this report has the option of displaying the following
information: (current schedule, grades, discipline, family information, basic demographic information)
From the GB home screen, click on ‘My Classes’
Click on ‘Class Options’ next to the course of your choice
Click on ‘Reports’ (left side of screen)
Click on ‘Student Information’ (under the Class Information folder)
Make the selections that you would like to print on the report
You can then select individual students or print the report for all students in the course
Once your selections have been made: Click the ‘Print” button
The report will Queue and then Run, click ‘Display Report’ once completed
EXAMPLE:
BLANK CLASS ROSTER-this report is to be used as a “Sub Class Roster”
From the GB home screen, click on ‘My Classes’
Click on ‘Class Options’ next to the course of your choice
Click on ‘Reports’ (left side of screen)
Click on ‘Class Roster’ (under the Class Information folder)
Make the selections that you would like to print on the report
You can then either print the report for just the one course, multiple courses or export to excel
Once your selections have been made: Click the ‘Print” button
The report will Queue and then Run, click ‘Display Report’ once completed
EXAMPLE:
ATTENDANCE DETAIL REPORT-this report will display attendance per student for the specified
term or entire year.
From the GB home screen, click on ‘My Classes’
Click on ‘Class Options’ next to the course of your choice
Click on ‘Reports’ (left side of screen)
Click on ‘Detail Report’ (under the Attendance folder)
From the drop down, choose the term you would like to report attendance.
Select FIN: 08/27/2012-06/05/2013 if you would like to report attendance for the entire school year.
You can then either print the report for all students in the course or individual students
Once your selections have been made: Click the ‘Print” button
The report will Queue and then Run, click ‘Display Report’ once completed
EXAMPLE:
ASSIGNMENT LISTING BY STUDENT-this report will list every assignment and assignment grade
for students for a specific grading period with free form comments and parent signature.
**can also be used as a missing assignment report**

Click on ‘Assignment Listing-By Student (under the Gradebook folder)

EMAILING PROGRESS REPORTS-this report will email guardians a progress report for students for
a specific grading period with free form comments and parent signature.
**commonly used for failing students**
From the GB home screen, click on ‘My Classes’
Click on ‘Class Options’ next to the course of your choice
Click on ‘Reports’ (left side of screen)
Click on ‘Email Progress Report’ (under the Gradebook folder)
Make the selections that you would like to print on the progress report (below is for failing students)
Click on the ‘Select Classes to View Report’ button
Select the classes you would like to generate and email progress reports for – Click ‘Create Emails’
Double check the email list that generated – use the buttons at the top if needed. The Print Report column will generate a PDF
for your records, if you do not want a report, click on the ‘Clear All to Print’ button. Click the ‘Next’ button
Select your options, enter the text of email and click the ‘Process Emails’ button
EXAMPLE OF PROGRESS REPORT IN EMAIL:

The rest of the reports that I am going to show you are under ‘Student Management’
In the ‘Jump To Other Systems’ box – click on ‘Student Management’
FAILURE REPORT AND CONDUCT REPORT
OFFICE – GRADING – REPORTS – GRADING AND ATTENDANCE ANALYSIS
Click on the ‘Add’ button:
- Failure Report
- Conduct Report
- A, A/B Honor Roll Report
- Perfect Attendance Report
Setup the template:
• Name the Template
• Click on the ‘Ranges’ button and set the ‘Student Status’ to Active, click the ‘Save’ button
• Uncheck ‘Print Courses With All Blank Grades’ AND ‘Print Comments’
• Select the grade bucket you would like to use to run the failure report
• Check the box ‘Print Students With Selected Grades’ this is where you will check ALL failing grade marks
• Uncheck ‘Print Attendance Totals Per Student’
• Uncheck ‘Print Total Grade Points’
Click the ‘Save and Print’ button – (scroll to the top of the template)
A A/B HONOR ROLL REPORT
FEDERAL/STATE REPORTING – TEXAS STATE REPORTING – REPORTS – TEXAS HONOR ROLL
Click on the ‘Add’ button:
ALL A HONOR ROLL - Setup the screen as below: Name the Template
Check – Each grade for a student is within a specified range
Status – Active
Click on the ‘Select Grading Periods’ button and select the grading period that you want to run the report for
Lowest Grade – 89.999
Highest Grade – 100.000
Exclude students if all grades exceed – 000.000
Grades are less than – 000.000
Click on the ‘Save and Print’ button
AB HONOR ROLL - Setup the screen as below: Name the Template
Check – Each grade for a student is within a specified range
Status – Active
Click on the ‘Select Grading Periods’ button and select the grading period that you want to run the report for
Lowest Grade – 79.999
Highest Grade – 100.000
Exclude students if all grades exceed – 089.999
Grades are less than – 000.000
Click on the ‘Save and Print’ button
