Port Authority of NY & NJ’s Management and Budget Department where she was

responsible for a multi-billion dollar operating and capital budget for some of NYC’s

most popular facilities like the GWB, Holland and Lincoln Tunnels, and The Bus

Terminal, before exiting Corporate America in March 2005, she was as an Assistant

Director of Marketing for Black Expressions Book Club, in which she served as one of

the original founders of the club and contributing to the growth of the club to over $25

million in sales. Toni started her first Network Marketing business in the early ‘90’s and

fell in love with the industry. After working with a number of different companies she found her true passion in

August 2002 with a self-care and wellness company, where in 3 short years, she reached the top position in

the company and grew a very large business unit, which resulted in earning a full-time income. In 2005, she

made a Quantum Leap in her business and more than tripled her income.

In the Spring of 2006 Toni founded Quantum Leap Productions LLC.With the Motto: “Going to Another Level”,

her desire is help others reach their goals. She is currently working on writing and publishing her first non-

fiction book called Quantum Leap: How to Make a Quantum Leap in Your Network Marketing Business, which

released on Aug. 1, 2006. Currently Toni is living out her dream with the Soul Purpose lifestyle company.

She excited about her new venture, as well as partnering with a winner in Nadine Thompson, the company’s

Founder and CEO. In their first month of business Toni reached the position of Diamond Executive. Her soul

purpose is helping others to be the best that they can be and to reach the next level, whatever that may be for

them. Soul Purpose is helping her achieve this vision.

Toni was born in New Orleans, LA. She graduated from Howard University earning a Bachelor’s in Business

Administration majoring in Finance and she also holds a Master’s Degree in Creative Writing from City

College of New York. Toni and her husband currently reside in Queens, New York with their two daughters,

Sasha and Taylor.

Terri Jackson CarsonAs a woman who is passionate about people, their self care and their well being, I have

always made decisions based on how to benefit others. It is important to me that I

recognize consistency and effort to its fullest potential and that I work hard by dancing

everyday to enhance my integrity.

Team Gottah Dance lead by Diamond Executives:(and their teams) – Sondra Moore

Crestwell, Valerie Battiest – Danzy, Kenyatta Johnson, Trinnette Morris, Angie Monroe,

Rochelle Morton, made the decision to dance with amazing choreography back in

December of 2009 for the Kona Double Diamond Dance in which we would perform

on March 31, 2010. The choreography was simple but everyone had to show up to class in order for the

dance to be on point and on purpose. It was imperative that the dance team recognize that the basic steps

in this choreography had to be mastered before moving on to incorporate any dance steps they were most

passionate about performing. Once the basic steps were mastered this dance team had the foundation

needed to get a standing ovation.

Although in position, this team was all about being able to produce other dancers to master the choreography

so that when performing again (as we gain the strength, flexibility, and passion to master the Triple Diamond

Dance), it is done with ease and grace in multitudes. The dance technique this dance team brought to the

floor was unique and creative. The performance attitude was always about have the burning desire and

commitment to perform better each and every month which resulted in showing up to class daily. This

enhanced self confidence – believing in the ability to dance your best; awesome intensity – the ability to reach

and maintain the level of excitement during performance, and the concentration to dance the vision – how

well one is able to stay focused during the performance. Congratulations TEAM GOTTAH DANCE – BRAVO!

Thank you Nadine for your vision; I am grateful to God for putting you in my life to dance in my purpose and

in my passion. I am honored to represent Soul Purpose Lifestyle Company as the National Lifestyle and

of others. From making someone smile to helping them see their own potential to

coaching them to achieve a breakthrough in their business, I receive immense joy

from helping others. That might seem odd to others who know that I’m not someone

you’d classify as a “dove” or “supporter” (one who is most concerned about others and

feelings), but the truth is I do care from an empowered standpoint. If something I say or

do can cause you to press and go beyond to a level that you’ve never achieved before,

then I extremely happy because I know that when you’ve achieved it once, you can do it

again and again!

I have believed in the power of direct sales/network marketing for 30 years and the

opportunity to achieve success is no surprise. So, I can only describe my promotion

to Kona Double Diamond as confirmation. It has moved me beyond faith and hope to

actualization. And, it’s so empowering to see the dream unfolding before my very eyes.

Even before graduating from Spelman College with a B.A. in Political Science, the

entrepreneurial spirit was awakened Cynthia Barnum. After working with several small

businesses, her yearning was to start her own venture. She capitalized on her talent for

braiding hair while in Atlanta and was very successful. A few years later, Cynthia moved

to the San Francisco Bay Area where she discovered her passion for molding the lives of

young people.

Working as a 22 year veteran teacher, Cynthia has once again awakened her

From the moment I became a Visionary Member in January 2008, I knew that

this time around would be a different and more productive experience for me

as an entrepreneur. My change began with a new mindset for doing business

and a solid faith of knowing that success would come as long as I did it afraid,

to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”

We are in the water together and we are shining our light. Remember that there will be obstacles, but eventually

As a 3X victor over Lymphoma Cancer and a Stem Cell Transplant recipient, my life

of my reasons for joining Soul Purpose was to lead by example for my family, to show

Sarah IsraelWhat is my Soul Purpose?

My Soul’s Purpose is to inspire others to have a better quality of life through motivation.

I love to sing songs of inspiration to help heal through song and spirit. I pray that an

anointing come through each and every song that I sing, to heal Yah’s people on a

higher frequency. I want to help people think unlimited and remove the boundaries that

keep them mentally locked in a box. I want to make it to the top to show others that

they too can reach past the sky. I want to motivate young children to excel and have

fun reading and writing so that they know they are powerful and can do all things when

they apply themselves and believe that they can! I am currently a full time Salon owner

and I sometimes work over 80 hours a week. My dream is to open up a spa with healing

remedies and a relaxing enviornment. I want the sevices to be affordable for the everyday

common person. I want their spa exsperience to be a monthly treat to the everyday

working husband and wife. I want it to be upscale with affordable prices. The spa will have

services that include hair, nails, aqua massage and traitional massage, waxing, candling

and much more. I am thankful that I have Soul Purpose to help me make all of these

things come to pass!

I am Cynthia L. Jackson Jones the proprietor of Darcell Lo’ren, Chicago’s First Foot

Spa & Salon. I have been an Entrepreneur for over eighteen years and I found that my

spirit was always too strong to work for anyone but myself. I always seek to give my

clients the best quality of service and Soul Purpose completes it.

Knowing I was giving the gift of two daughters, I had to set the standards high to

what a “Driven Woman” really was. I often look at the sunny side of Life and the silver

from business school were as follows. Peggy Riggins said; put yourself in the mindset

to make the commitment to go Diamond and just do it! Tara said, Make sure you follow

the system so that you can duplicate what others have used to be successful and be

duplicatible so that your team can repeat your success. Michelle Mcllwain’s advice was to

develop a relationship with your team because promoting or not promoting is personal

and it reflects how your team thinks of you.

My goal with “Soul Purpose” is to minister to people through introducing them to the Soul

Purpose Product Line because of its healthy qualities. I want to help others to become

their own lifestyle entrepreneur so that they can become financially free and fellowship

with others while building the business and developing relationships with people!

Kenyatta JohnsonI began this journey with Soul Purpose while transitioning from another company that

Nadine Thompson had created from scratch. One thing I’ve learned is that when

someone has a vision and is living in their passion nothing can stand in their way.

When you follow the path that GOD has for you, every step is ordered and every

decision is blessed.

I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect when I first learned Soul Purpose had been created, because there is risk

with every Purpose had been created, because there is risk with every new company. However, one thing I knew

Make-up Pink Case at Girls’ Night Out to the closing banquet and dinner, it became clear that Diamond

My team began to grow into unknown territory. First Arkansas, Tennessee and then into St. Thomas, Virgin

It is these words that I heard years ago that have inspired me to continually strive to live

my life on purpose. I’ve been in the direct sales, network marketing industry for well over

10 years. I’m forever thankful to Nadine for her vision, her determination, her ability to

dig another well and birthing Soul Purpose. I am blessed, humbled and honored to join the many Diamond

Executives on this journey. I first give thanks to God for allowing me to physically endure, despite the odds, and

my dynamic team of business partners, Team Prosperity, for their willingness to grow with me. It was on March

14, 2009 on Nadine’s visit to Maryland, that my team member’s looked at me and asked, “what do we need to

do to get you to Diamond?” after which, we went to work. In just 2 weeks it was done! Life has thrown me many

obstacles. Since 1999, having been diagnosed with Lupus, my health remains in a constant state of unknowing.

My journey with Lupus left me struggling to find my internal balance, on my own terms. After my stroke in 2005, it

became very clear that it was time to listen to that inner whisper, mediating on God’s plan and purpose for my life;

you see it wasn’t about me. Today, I no longer give power to the medical terms which attempt to define me.

Angela Williams for PUSHing me to the limits of the potential that they see in me!

Most of all I THANK ALL of Team Class Act for going beyond their limits in the last 30

days to take the team to the next level of performance; especially my first Managing

Associate Jimmie (my sister) & Dan Weathersby who were my first team members, my

best friends and my all time cheerleaders and supporters in EVERYTHING that I do;

When you Pray and place yourself in the RIGHT posture, things happen! My Journey in Soul Purpose began

in September 2008 after attending the “Birthday Party” for my sponsor, now Diamond Bertha Moore. After

hearing the presentation and seeing that I didn’t have to SELL anything to get product at the wholesale price! I

signed on just to get my Brazilian Jackfruit Balm, Shower Gel and Solid Scent at the price the SHE paid for it ~

what a disappointment for her at that time! I NEVER thought I would enjoy the product or showing it to others

so much ~ but look at me now! I was not a “Seller” by nature. NO I am a RETIRED Government worker, with a

Masters degree in Business Education, who simply had a little side line online travel business, and I liked looking

good and smelling nice! Little did I realize that our product sells itself, AND there are people out there looking for

replacement income in this down economy.

I met Lady Nadine Abraham Thompson, prior to the Dallas WOW as a result of a challenge that was offered

ONLY to team members who were MANAGING Associates or above, or who had a volume above a set

amount, by the time she came for the WOW Event. I was determined to meet her, so I set my sites to achieve

the production goal by the deadline. Meeting Lady Nadine further impacted my desire to be a part of this

business when I experienced her warmth and passion for people, her sweet spirit to love and help others and

the desire to share this awesome opportunity and make sure that others were successful! I was thoroughly and

utterly impressed with this woman! Listening to her at dinner and her advice directly with me to “be myself” and

work my business “the way I would work it, not like someone else wanted me to” stuck! I decided to take my

the host of other phenomenal women in attendance; and interacting with other women from across the

country I felt a building of the fire and passion for taking my team to the next level, so I signed the 90-day to

Diamond Commitment with some trepidation because I was simply SCARED to step out and in the words of

Angie Williams “do the dang thang.” I purchased training tools to read and listen to and decided that I would go

for the gold because the worst that could happen was I would still be a Managing Associate with a little high

commission check if I did not reach the Diamond goal!

But Praise be to God and with the help of all the aforementioned Team Leaders and Team Members as my

backbone and support, a portion of my Dream Board is now a tangible thing! It happened just as I was told it

would happen if I put forth a consistent effort and never stop looking toward the finish line. I am a product of

the product and have done my replacement spending consistently. I followed the instruction for stepping out to

approach people, doing contact follow ups with prospect leads, and contacting former customers even when

I didn’t much feel it, and in coaching the hostesses for the lifestyle gatherings that I booked. My follow ups

became more productive for sales, lifestyle bookings began to produce more people and greater hostess total

volume, and touch calls with people that I meet have begun to produce more bookings! A year ago this time,

the thought was just a twinkle in my eye ~ NOW I am among the ranks for the Soul Purpose most wonderful

networking site regarding upcoming powerful women in 2008. One name in particular

caught my interest, Nadine Thompson. The story was about Nadine’s new venture and

Soul Purpose, the vision with its global perspective, product line and empowerment as a

key component immediately resonated with me.

Through this superb business opportunity, I have met the most amazing men and women. The support

My Soul Purpose has many aspects, first, to create a legacy for my son and grandchildren, while enjoying

Tanya WaltersTanya Walters is a home business trainer who through her passion for health, wellness,

Jillonda WashingtonAfter receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in English from the University of Michigan

and an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Illinois

at Chicago, I followed the path that many have trod – I joined Corporate

America. I chose Human Resources as a career to help others improve their

lives. I have experienced the joy of hiring and promoting employees within

organizations and I have felt the agony of watching people lose their jobs.

Needless to say, it made me wonder just how much I was helping others.

Around the same time that I entered Corporate America, I joined a network

marketing company to earn extra income. I tried different companies over the

years but have truly been blessed in finding Soul Purpose! The name speaks for itself – it is a company that

empowers people to find their purposes in their lives, hearts and souls. Through Soul Purpose, I find that I

am now truly able to help people improve their lives while I enjoy the blessing of improving my own.

was about to embark upon. I originally joined because my sponsor, Sarah Israel,

shared some products with me, said that it was Nadine Thompson’s new company,

and that the compensation plan was good. Well, Sarah was correct! The products

and compensation plan are GREAT, and thanks go out to Nadine for creating

Shaune WilliamsI wish I could have this moment for life. Where do I begin WOW! In September 2008 my journey

began as my family had just returned from evacuating from a Hurricane and coming back to

side of my house blown open from the Hurricane forced winds. I worked in my office with plastic

hanging from the ceiling and walls. With another blow and devastation that we experienced from

Katrina it was here we go again. I needed something to occupy by time and keep me busy and

not focus on what was going on with house. I had already done one direct selling business and

was successful but it was not the the company I felt I could grow with from the ground up. I remember receiving any

email from a friend telling me to look into a company called “Warm Spirit”. Again it was not a ground floor opportunity but

I was intrigued by the woman who helped start and build this company into a million dollar company over 10 years.That

immediately caught my attention. I began to research more about “Nadine Abraham Thompson” and found she was no

longer with Warm Spirit but had started a brand new company called Soul Purpose. I read her vision and mission as

to where she was going with this company and I immediately signed up. I hadn’t talked to any one about the company

or tried any of the products in which at the time there were limited products. Still I wanted to grow with a ground floor

business opportunity. I immediately purchased a $300 business builder pack and in January 2009 I promoted to the First
