Joint initiative: provision of incentives for the development of the Baltic

Sea Region and for private investment

A two-year network project on regional cooperation in the field of PPP

To fully exploit its potential: exchange of experience, spreading

knowledge

Coherence

Integrating the CBSS into the new structures of cooperation in the BSR

Linking the various fora for cooperation (e.g. CBSS, EU-Strategy on the

Baltic Sea Region and Northern Dimension)

Promoting the emerging division of labour among the major actors

“A coherent framework for cooperation” in the Baltic Sea Region

Close cooperation with the EU Presidencies of Poland and Denmark
