Map Annex Notes The following maps relate to ports / harbours and shipping policy variants developed as part of the South marine plan options process. In line with stakeholder feedback, these build on approaches applied for the East to ensure continuity where needed but have been applied differently to accommodate new data and the different characteristics in the South plan areas in relation to port / harbour and shipping activities. Note that in drafting maps related to shipping activity, relevant static infrastructure (existing and proposed) has been accounted for where possible as per the East plan. All ports / harbours and shipping maps and related policy variants are for consultation purposes only and are not to be considered in relation to any decision making processes.
