Complimentary Shuttle To Downtown Napa Resort guests can travel to Downtown Napa in a 25-passenger shuttle that offers convenient guest transportation to restaurants, shopping and tasting rooms. The Shuttle departs at beginning at 3:15pm every 45 minutes until 10:00, call for pick up after. The shuttle leaves from the front lobby of The Meritage Resort. The drive time to Downtown Napa is approximately 10 minutes. Napa Valley Epicurean Excursions Gourmet guided food tour of Napa Valley by a food-obsessed local. Tours are limited to 7 people to ensure an intimate experience and includes a wine country style lunch. You will learn about the history of the Napa Valley, unique AVA’s (American Viticultural Areas) weather, and soil profiles. The tour travels from Napa to Yountville, Oakville and St. Helena to meet artisanal food producers while receiving behind-the-scenes access at each location. A farm-to-table lunch at Farmstead is included. Potential stops include: Model Bakery, Lucero Olive Oil, Rancho Gordo, St. Clair Brown Winery, Oakville Grocery, Farmstead, Woodhouse Chocolate, Culinary Institute of America at Greystone, and Napa Style. 10am – 4pm. The tour starts at Model Bakery in Napa, fee is $190 per person + 9.50 booking fee. $199.50 total.

Napa Valley Balloons Allow us to reserve your flight and Napa Valley Balloons will pick you up from the lobby 30 minutes before the meeting time (pick up time varies monthly because of sunrise). The meeting place is Domaine Chandon Winery in Yountville and the excursion begins with continental breakfast while watching the balloon fill with air, a 45 minute to 1 hour flight and return drive, including Etoile Restaurant for a beautiful brunch. $239 per person, includes continental breakfast, balloon flight, brunch and transportation, duration is 3 to 5 hours. There is a 72 hour cancellation policy.

Eagle Vines Golf Club Web: www.eaglevinesgolfclub.com The annual golf tournament will be held at Eagle Vines Golf Club. Cost includes greens and cart fees, tournament coordination and prizes, and a boxed lunch. Eagle Vines Vineyards & Golf Club is tucked away in the foothills of Napa Valley, offering one of the most scenic courses in the area. It is also considered by many locals to be one of the most challenging. Every hole on the golf course provides stunning views of the surrounding vineyards. The layout sprawls across gently rolling hills that weave through stands of mature cherry and oak trees, shimmering waterfalls, and meandering creeks. The golf course offers challenging multi-tiered greens and postage-stamp landing areas that demand well placed iron shots. The memorable seventh hole features an even more difficult island green. There are also some tricky fairways that seem much more open than they are. Eagle Vines numerous risk-reward opportunities that will have golfers using every club in their bag.

SWSC RECEPTION Time: 6:00pm – 9:00pmJoin your fellow SWSC colleagues for an evening of fabulous food and socializing. This reception promises to be the perfect conclusion to a wonderful week in Napa. This event will be held in the unique Estates Cave Venue on property at the Meritage. This event is included in the fee for all registered attendees and spouses/guests. Additional fees apply for non-registered guests.

Take advantage of a reduced registration fee by having your registration postmarked by March 16th. Registrations postmarked after this date will be processed at the higher rate. All cancellations or requests for name substitutions must be received in writing. Refunds will be issued after the meeting for written cancellations received at SWSC Headquarters by March 16th.

There is a $100 processing fee for all cancellations. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after March 16th.

WEATHER/ATTIRE INFORMATION Maui weather in April ranges from the high 50s to high 60s. The dress code for the conference is resort casual. Resort attire is appropriate for the Exhibitor Welcome Reception and resort or cocktail attire is recommended for the SWSC Reception. Attendees may want to bring a light jacket or sweater for outdoor activities and meeting room air conditioning.
