You will be allocated a personal Learning & Development Manager who will work alongside you, ensuring that we fully meet your expectations. Are you a company who wants to improve your performance? We can become your internal Learning & Development department, offering coaching, training and on-going support to your people to increase their performance. Your dedicated Training & Development Manager will work with you to develop your learning strategy and implement this fully. Everything we do is fully evaluated to measure the impact it has on your business and its’ performance .

Coaching

Coaching is an unregulated industry, this means anyone can claim to be a coach. The term coaching is widely misunderstood, often confused with mentoring.

In a saturated market its hard to know how to select the right coach for you. At Sparkle we only

work with certified coaches, who have obtained mastery (as defined by the International Coaching Federation). Mastery is only obtained through a blend of caching hours, coach training and

supervision which ultimately leads to certification.

We help our clients become successful, simple as that!


Executive Coaching Work with a Certified coach on a 121 basis (either face to face or via Skype) in blocks of 3 months. You bring the agenda, we help you create clarity and take accountable action. We work with business owners and business leaders. Performance Coaching For employees and managers who want to achieve more in their role, develop towards a new role or need to make changes. DISC® Consultation and Coaching We are licenced DISC® providers, complete the online profile and spend 2 hours with a experienced DISC® facilitator who will help you understand how to use the information to build better relationships, deal with conflict, manage a team or be more successful in sales. Business Builder (Group) Our Business Builder program is a 6 month group based program which combines business development and marketing training with individual coaching to help you grow and develop a thriving and profitable business that sparkles in the market place. Available as a face to face program and online worldwide. Supervision If you are a coach and are serious about your development we offer a coaching supervision service. This combines a blend of mentoring and coaching to help you become even more successful.
