SPIDERMAN´S CHILDHOOD

-Peter Parker was orphaned at the age of 6 when his parents were killed in an airplane crash over the sea. -He went to live with his uncle and aunt, Ben and May

Parker, in New York. -Parker was extremely bright and became a high

honors student at Midtown High School. -Peter's shyness and scholastic interest often made him

a social outcast.

STUART MOORE

-Stuart Moore, a comic-book writer and his hero, Spider-Man were both born in 1962.-Mr. Moore had a colorful transformation of his own in the early 1990s, leaving his job as an editor at St. Martin’s Press to become an editor at DC Comics. -He later took a freelance editing job at Marvel Comics, which first introduced Spider-Man in the 1962 comic book “Amazing Fantasy.”

-Is the most populous of New York City's five boroughs. -With approximately 2.5 million residents, and the second-largest in area. -Brooklyn was an independent city until it was annexed by New York City in 1898. -It continues to maintain a distinct culture.

-A woman named Boilermaker (who can fix any mechanical device)
