You can also become a Singular sponsor and target certain items to customize your contribution; once the aggregate amount of your individual contribution exceeds any level of Premier Sponsorship, you will be automatically upgraded and thus enjoy the rights and benefits of that corresponding level. To be noted, slots of sponsorship opportunities are given on a first-confirmed-first-served basis. So do reserve your sponsorship as soon as possible. Cancellation or Reduction Notification of a sponsor to cancel sponsored items must be submitted to the Organizer in writing. The effective date of cancellation or reduction of sponsored items will be the date on which the Organizer receives the written notice.

Cancellation Schedule The organizer has the right to retain or invoicing:

20% of the agreed sponsored amount if the organizer up to July 28, 2018 receives the written cancellation/reduction.

50% of the agreed sponsored amount if the organizer receives the written cancelation/reduction after July 28, 2018 and up to August 11, 2018.

100% of the agreed sponsored amount (no refund shall be made) if the organizer receives the written cancelation/reduction after August 11, 2018.

Terms of Payment After the enclosed sponsor the organizer receives interest form, a confirmation and an invoice for the first non-refundable installment of 60% of the total amount will be sent and is due for payment within three weeks after receipt of invoice by the sponsor. The balance of the full payment is due and payable before August 25, 2018. Should there be more applications for a specific sponsorship item/package, then these will be assigned by organizers on a “first come, first served” basis.
