Interview with the Author



lawyer, they seemed to have a pretty good life. But, even as bright as they were, you could still tell that something wasn’t right or that maybe they were hiding something from their family,

friends or even the world. That thing they were hiding… was I.

Two young parents with a child with a rare disease apparently didn’t cut it these days. Me personally, I never understood why I was locked up like an animal, didn’t know what I did wrong. They would come to see only when they wanted to teach me the basic skills of life, which were writing and reading. As I got better at those skills I started to question my parents about me. Like; why am I here? What did I do? Or can I come out. And everyone time I asked they would simply just walk away and lock the basement door shut. The next time they visited they told me that I wasn’t allowed to question them, they said it was disrespectful or unmannerly. So I learned to just watch and listen.

Q: what inspired you to write this book?

A: Seeing all the poverty around me really inspired me to write a scifi story.

Q: How many books have you written?

A: I’ve written 2 books so far, this one and the book Raven wood


Q: Out of all the books you’ve written which book is your favourite?

A: This one because it hits me close to home because my parents were very abusive and i got the chance to escape.

As I got older, they stopped visiting me and just threw food at me. And I was so angry. How could my own parents just abandon me like that? I had enough. They felt bad for me enough that they took of the shackles, which were on my hands. The rusty old door that kept me in was barely on its hinges. So I pushed, and pushed and finally the old thing broke off and slammed on the hard floor. I was almost free, I could feel it, only one more door remained and that was just a twist of a knob. So I opened and saw my house for the first time I remember. But, that wasn’t the mission. I kept walking towards the main door or where I thought I was. Then someone was glazing at me from the steps that led upstairs and it shocked me.



Have you ever had a child you didn’t want? Rather than just choosing to lock it up in the basement, why not consider giving it to a foster home? All unwanted children are welcome. Here your child will receive love, attention, and a safer and comfortable environment. Your child will be given an opportunity to learn how to interact with other children. It will give you a feeling of relief and satisfaction that your child will have a better life than what you could have provided. Why not give this solution some serious thought? Darren colpitts

Why Donald Trump will not be a good president Donald Trump has some good ideas but the problem with these ideas are that some of them are a bit crazy. One crazy idea he has is to make a wall across the southern border of america.This is a good idea because with this wall so many immigrants can not enter america which makes the unemployement rate in america go down because there will be less non americans trying to get jobs. But the reason this is a bad idea is beacause he is saying he will make mexico pay for "mark my words" he says. Making another country build something like a wall which will not help them in any way is like asking them to throw their money away which of course they will not do. another bad part of this wall is that it will make trump seem like a problem which will make people want to go to war with america even though trump will be trying to make such a great military force. Another reason trump will not be a good president is because he's racist and is very idiotic in most ways making many people not like him which could make lots of people angry and could potentially start a civil war. So now we just gave you even more reason to hate trump if you didnt already. Daniel Krivhcun
