INTRODUCTION

Our company International Soccer Schools, S.L. was set up in 2004 by the the Middle east company Stryx Sports, and Luis Rivero. The company was created in the beginnings for a couple of issues :

• To open FCBEscola Academies in Middle East• To develop an Exclusive talent search programme for F.C. Barcelona del FCB

focused on various schools around the world.

The affiliation with our partner in the Middle East was a natural step forwards due to mutual interests in connection with products and sponsorship opportunities covering various sports. Sports events

One of the activities that has brought most prestige to the company in the world of sport, especially football, is the organisation of sports events for which we give professional and personal attention to the selection of teams, accomodation and travel arrangements, TV signals, and publicity at stadiums.

In this respect in the last three years we have worked with:

- F.C. Barcelona

- Real Sociedad

- Osasuna CF

- Valencia CF

Tournaments and friendly matches organised by us have been with professional teams and with the young categories of these teams.

Sports Consultancy

In the football world, our consultancy service is focused principally on the following aspects:

Third world country Market Studies on behalf of Football Clubs interested in:

Business development of the Club’s name.

Setting up the Club’s own retail outlets (joint ventures with local companies).

Setting up football schools with the Club’s name.

Confidential reports on third world companies of potential interest to our customer.

For example, recently FC Barcelona requested our services to assess the status of partners the club was intending to contract a match in China during their Asian Tour, specifically asking us to verify the partner’s reputation and solvency, and we duly made out a complete report on the company to this effect.

Sports Consultancy

Current activities being developed by our sports consultancy services:

- Establishing football schools for F.C. Barcelona in the Middle East (Kuwait, Cairo and UAE)

- Exclusive talent search programme for F.C. Barcelona del FCB focused on various schools around the world. 2005-2008

- Search for official Sponsor for Sevilla FC for the 2006/2007 season.

- Insurance cover to protect TV rights RCD Espanyol season 2007/2008- To search an sponsor for the new stadium in Cornella.

- Collaboration with Aspire (Qatar and Senegal) Academy.

- On behalf of AudioVisual Sports search for potential clients in China and Middle East interested in acquiring mobile telephone rights of the Spanish football league La Liga Española.

Sports Consultancy

Other sport activities in consultancy

- Currently developing a project with Alex Corretja (Corretja Competition) for forming tenis players in South Korea with the Korea Tennis Federation.

- Helping to search new baskeball talents in Nigeria with Mr. Ahmedu (President of the Nigeria Basketball Federation). This project is going to be carried out with a FIBA Agent in Spain.

- Helping to our partner Stryx Sports in the NBA Academies in Middle East, where the first one has been already opened in Cairo. 2010/2011

two years on this project in Argentine

With this team we helped them in starting the

test for african players in the first draft

carried out on 2009. The system was not the

same as we used with FCB.

final trials held in Argentina..- Selected players travel to our Club client.- Duration and Evaluation of the

PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALL Club defines position and

characteristics of the player they are seeking.

Follow-up phase.- Detailed information of candidate

players.- Visual information to be sent to the Club. - Previous contacts with the player (s) -

original club, and player’s representative. Final phase. - Club coach and representative travel to

Argentina for meeting with finally selected player.

- Negotiation terms in place of origin. Duration and Evaluation of the

Project.
