    Mens Wednesday Night Basketball (18+)Adult men are welcome to come and play recreational basketball on pickup teams. Its a great workout and builds cardiovascular efficiency. This program is on-going throughout the year. Please be advised that for safety reasons, unsupervised children are prohibited from attending adult sports activities. A list of no dates will be posted at Wednesday Night Basketball.

    ZumbaInstructor: BRX FitnessA Latin inspired dance-fitness class. The class combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body in an aerobic-fitness fashion. Dancers and non-dancers enjoy and succeed at Zumba. Come join the dance party!!!

    Free Indoor Walk/Run at Prior Lake High School The indoor walking track will be open most evenings for those who wish to walk or run at their own pace for cardiovascular and fitness benefits during cold weather conditions. Running and/or jogging will only be allowed 7:30-8 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Enter through the lower level. Sign in when you enter. Pick up your calendar to check schedule changes. Dates and time subject to change based upon high school activities. No walk/run when school is not in session. No food/beverages allowed; water only.

    Walk/Run until April 16Mon & Wed, 6-7:30 p.m. (Family walk, strollers allowed)

    Tue & Thu, 6-7:30 p.m. (Adult walk, no children/strollers)

    Mon to Thu, 7:30-8 p.m. (Running/Jogging allowed)

    Aqua Exercise Instructor: Alice SachsJoin us for an hour plus of VIGOROUS aquatics exercise! Water aerobics is beneficial for many reasons. First, its low-impact. Second, its an activity that focuses on range of motion and strength building. Third, its cardiovascular exercise that can assist with weight control. No swimming skills necessary. Sign up today and experience the results for yourself! Not required, but if you have 1 or 2 pound hand weights, bring them along. Using light weights increases your workout considerably!
