2013 SPRING/SUMMER VOL 1
Our 2013 has flown by. We have been
very busy this year. But we have seenGod working in some neat
ways. Each
Wednesday evening, we host a small
group bible study in our home. Most of
our attenders are in the 20s & either
newly married or getting married. They
are such a fun group. We were able to
see 3 people from our group bebaptized this summer in the Baltic
Sea.
From these groups, we also co-lead a
leadership training with our national
partner,"ukasz. We spent several weeks
teaching about how to prepare for,
facilitate and start their own small
groups. And from this group, our smallgroup has split in half
and started
another small group! Please pray that
the members will see the need to tell
their nonbeliever friends about Jesus
and then bring them to Bible study.
Its been a busy year for the Roberts!
We were able to have a vacation inMalaga, Spain this summer. We
spent aday in Morocco where Ella and I rode acamel. It was an
experience. :)

In March we had a spontaneous team
come from FBC McKinney, TX. There
were 7 total, & they were hard
workers! James & another M friend
took them to a smaller city about an
hour away. They did some ministry with
an orphanage & even in a few schools.
They invited the school kids to come toa game night and about 50
showed up!
WOW!! They were able to share their
testimonies with many people.
Angela has continued helping when she
can with the university girls ministry in
our church. She was able to also visit
this orphanage and do a girls day. They
did makeovers and pictures, but also
talked about what God thinks of a godly
woman. Only 3 girls came but it was
just who needed to be there.
The girls have opened many doors for
us. We have also built some good
relationships with parents from the
girls schools. Angela has become quite
good friends with a group of
international ladies from Poland,
Germany, and even India. It is a lot of
fun! She has openly shared the gospel
with our friend, Ute. She even asked
about buying a German bible and then
did it! Keep praying for her She, her
husband and son, Blix came to church a
couple weeks ago when James was
preaching in English. She is asking
questions and has never believed in
God. This is all new for her. Please pray
that she continues to be open.
We are also continuing building
relationships with the neighbors around
us. Our closest friends are"ukasz &
Magda & their girls, Olga & Maja. We
talk openly about what we do. Please
pray that they would continue to ask
questions and come to know the Lord!
We like them so much! They have asked
to go on vacation with them next year.
This is a huge opportunity for our
family. I am praying we are able to go
together.
This is a our last several months of our
first term. Please pray that we are bold
in sharing our faith. Pray that we are
using our time with purpose and not
just busy to be busy.
KIDS CORNER
ELLA CHRSITINE 10YRS
Ella is in fourth class now. It is a bigjump academically. Her
teachers sayshe is doing well. She loves herscience class &
often comes homewith interesting facts. At the sametiem, Polish
schools are still notquite ready for ADHD & thiscauses quite a
bit of frustration onboth sides. Please pray for
compassion for her teachers aswell as maturity for Ella. Pray
thatshe will continue to make friendsand feel accepted by her
peers. Shehas such joy that I want others tosee and love.
MACIE ELISABETH 7YRS
Macie is in first class this year andexcelling. She is reading
amazinglywell in both languages. She is alsotaking dance classes
and loving it.Please pray for Macie as she isbuilding relationships
with otherkids. Sometimes it is moreimportant that she be accepted
bypeers than be obedient to what is
expected by adults. Also pray forher heart as she asks
morequestions about Jesus.
