Thursday 4th August at 6.30pm (Meeting held in Staffroom). All Welcome! Ticket Sellers Needed…. On fete day we will need help from people willing to sell ride armbands and tickets in the chocolate wheel prizes. Please let the office know if you can volunteer for an hour or so on the day. Plant & Produce Stall... Are your fruit & vegies almost ready to be picked? We will be including fresh produce in our plant & produce stall. If you have a vegie garden, please consider donating some to our fete. Perhaps you can organise some plants from local nurseries? Ride Armbands ON SALE NOW…. Multi-Draw Raffle….

A very big thankyou to all those in our St Brigid’s community who have kindly donated prizes or helped by organising prizes from local and other businesses. We now have over 50 prizes for our Multi-draw raffle including:- Digital Cameras, DVD Players, Signed Titans Football, Portrait Photography Vouchers, Entertainment Books, Microwave Ovens, Sporting Equipment, Food Vouchers and Family Passes to various Entertainment Activities just to name a few.

Craft Stall….

Final call for craft items to be sold at the craft stall. If you have any items that you have been making for the craft stall, please drop them into the office ASAP so they can be collected by the craft group.

Cake Stall…..

Please remember to bring in Homemade Cakes, Cookies and Treats for our Cake stall.

Cake boxes have now been sent home. Additional boxes are available from the office. Prize for the best decorated cake boxes will be a Child’s Entry Pass into Seaworld. (The box must be returned with goodies in it to be eligible to enter). All boxes will need to have ALL ingredients written to comply with Health & Safety issues.

PLEASE - NO ITEMS WITH NUTS

(as we are a nut-free school)

Friday to office, Saturday 9am to

3pm to the Hall or Sunday

Do you know how to make jam, pickles,

chutney, relish etc? Have you made

some for our Gourmet Food stall? It’s

time to prepare these items for our

fete so our gourmet food stall is great

We are still taking collections of this

item.
