The Training Process

• Initial training is focused on Health and Safety• Then Level 2 is our minimum requirement –

often their first taste ofNational Certificates– We present certificates at Monthly BBQ for each

unit passed ( cheer them all on – recognise success on the journey – not just at the end)

• This is a taste – then they are encouraged to move on….– Level 3, 4 or more….– Apprenticeships etc

Company Culture

• We expect staff to participate and therefore support them through their training
