In this process you will learn how to Start and End a Booked Test Drive.

(1) Click on Today's Schedule

(2) 16:00 Test Drive Booked is double-clicked.

(3) Click on View the Showroom enquiry .
(4) Click on OK .
(5) Note: The Warning Triangle beside the Next Actions button. In order to see the number of Warning items, it is necessary to select the Edit button.
(6) Click on Edit .

(7) Click on No . You can also press Alt+n.
(8) Once the record is in edit mode the Warning Triangle shows that there is one item that requires attention.
(9) Click on Warning Triangle .

Click on Start demonstrator booking and the booking screen will pop up. Note: The options to amend and cancel the booking if required.
(10) Click on Start demonstrator booking .
Within the Booking Details section, it is possible to amend Date and Time out etc. Also Fuel levels at the start of the demonstration can be noted, along with the mileage out.

(11) Click on Fuel Out Full (4/4) .
(12) Click on OK .
Note: You do have the ability to Complete demonstrator booking at the same time. If this is not required at this point use the Done button to return to the enquiry. In this process we are going to return to the enquiry and formally complete the test drive on return.
(13) Click on Done .
