Project OverviewCreating a

Healthy CookbookStudents will work this month to design and edit their healthy cookbooks using their newly updated recipes.

Working in committees, they will design the cover, write the introduction, organize a table of contents, and reformat their recipes for a class book.

Second graders will also review the Food Guide Pyramid and why it is important to make healthy choices. They will discover how and why fitness is part of a healthy lifestyle.
