The Huntsville International Airport and Intermodal Center provide air and rail service throughout the country and around the world. There are weekly cargo flights to Europe, Asia and South America. The Tennessee River and its busiest port, the Port of Decatur, are minutes from Steed Business Park, providing barge access in the southeastern US and the ability to reach the Gulf of Mexico as well, via the Tennessee-Tombigbee Waterway. US Highway 72 and I-65 provide East-West and North-South roads though north Alabama.
