Last month we launched our new program called Total Brain Health with great success. Total Brain Health is a series ofclasses and exercises that are scientifically proven to help people 50 and over to not only retain their cognitive abilities,but to sharpen them as well. This program uses a social-based training that boosts everyday thinking skills. If you didn’ttry this class in February, you won’t want to miss it in March! Classes are every Monday at 3:00pm in the Cafe’, come byand try it out, you’ve got nothing to lose and so much to gain.
