    the official reporter of the hearings requested. Step 2

    Supreme Court sets transcript due dates If anticipated transcript is less than 100 pagesdue in 30

    Expectations of the SupremeCourt

    If you receive an email that a transcript has beenassigned to you but you were not the courtreporterplease notify us immediately of suchand we will re-assign.

    You must check the web at least once per week

    Filing of Appellate Transcripts Cover Page

    Must include title of hearings and dates for allhearings contained in the appellate transcript.

    Court reporters are to file an electronic copy ofthe transcript with the Supreme [email protected]

    Late transcript notice I am notifying you that you have an appellate transcript more

    than 14 days past due. The transcript was originally due xxx. Inaccordance with IAR 24(f), the trial court administrator shall takeappropriate action which may include; imposing disciplinaryaction, identifying another court reporter in the district who can

    provide coverage for court proceedings while the transcript iscompleted, assigning transcript to another court reporter,requiring weekend and evening hours to complete transcript, orremoving the court reporter from the courtroom until thetranscript is completed. The trial court administrator shall notify

    the clerk of the Supreme Court of the action taken regarding thetranscript, including the anticipated date of filing or anyreassignment. As stated in IAR 24(f) any disciplinary actionstaken must be coordinated with the Administrative Director of theCourts.

    What to do if you dont get paid Contact the parties via email stating projected

    price and give the party a deadline to pay.

    If no response forward email to the SupremeCourt

    Supreme Court will issue a conditional dismissal

    order giving parties 14 days to pay or the appealwill proceed with the record only.
