    Stress is a normal part of life that can either help us

    learn and grow or can cause us significant problems

    Stress releases powerful neuro -chemicals and

    hormones that prepare us for action (to fight or flee) If we don't take action, the stress response can create

    or worsen health problems

    Stress can be defined as mental, physical, emotional,

    and behavioral reactions to any perceived demands orthreats

    Psychological interpretation of a situation may lead to

    physiological responses

    on the person.

    incivility

    Psychological

    Harassment:-Repeated and hostile or unwanted

    conduct, verbal comments, actions

    or gestures, that affect an

    employee's dignity or psychological

    or physical integrity and that result

    in a harmful work environment for

    the employee.
