Fixed rental – we will pay you a fixed annual rental to allow us to install a wind turbine on your land, providing you with a reliable, forecastable source of income. In return, Stroma Energy will take the FIT payments.
FIT share – we will share the FIT income with you. Your income level will vary with the site’s wind profile.
