History

Formed in 2004 with four Principals, Structa LLP rapidly established itself in the engineering consultancysector. Operati ng from our fi rst offi ces in Hemel Hempstead, we focussed on providing high levels ofcustomer service together with quality and value driven engineering design and advice.

Our success led to us opening another offi ce in Swindon, led by oneof our founding Principals, quickly followed by establishment of anoffice near Warwick to service the growing need for a nationwideground investi gati on capability.

Achieving conti nued but more steady growth through the recession,we conti nued to build upon our strengths, positi oning the businessto establish itself among the premier consultancies. In 2012 weopened a Central London offi ce in Holborn to be closer to our growingclient base in the capital. In 2013 we moved our headquarters to new larger offi ces in Hemel Hempstead.

Now 10 years old, Structa LLP is looking to its future as a nati onallyimportant engineering consultancy, with strong relationships withclient organisations, government, fellow professionals and majorcontracti ng groups.

We will achieve this by applying best in class management systems, all focussed on the fi rst guiding principles of customer service, qualityand value driven engineering that brought us to where we are today.

Our aim is for the current project to be more cost-effective than the last, whilst still maintaining the serviceability, functionality and quality required by the client and end user.

• Communication We understand that the key to success is good communication between project team members, stakeholders and external parties. Only when there is good communication can coordinated, effective design be delivered. We actively engage with all the project team to drive forward the technical and-commercial success of our clients’ projects.

• Technology and BIM Structa LLP were early adopters of BIM and have established a reputation for leading edge application of technology to engineering design, but always tempered with experience, wisdom and common sense. Our aim is to deliver increasingly efficient designs to the most satisfied clients.

• The Right Sized Company Structa LLP has the resources and capability to deliver projects up to £100million in value but has retained its family feel, where employees feel they belong and enjoy a sense of ownership of our project work.
