Stryker EducationWe call it ‘Electric Learning’
At Stryker we are approaching education a little differently. In a fast and constantly changing world, today’s surgeon has the challenge of keeping up to date with new technologies and techniques – now more than ever today’s surgeon has to continuously learn more in less time. To help accelerate that learning, we have introduced the latest teaching techniques to all our Stryker training courses. These techniques are based on accelerated learning principles. By using these principles we have altered the way we look at education, ensuring that not only our content, but also our delivery methods of that content, meets the needs of today’s busy surgeon i.e. ensuring more learning in less time.

So how do we do this? We do it by keeping the neurons firing, by increasing the neuron activity we know learning occurs more quickly and is retained longer – that’s why we call it electric learning !
A word of warning - to achieve a high level of neuron activity we need active learning, with these new and different delivery techniques attendees should be warned, active learning means active participation. professionals. An expression of interest does not automatically guarantee a healthcare
