Motivation:

Objective behind organizing project exhibition is to give platform to final year students to

showcase their creativity and hard work they have put in past one year in terms of their final

year project work. Further, interaction of junior with their senior colleagues will give then

exposure to various possible areas and help them to identify their area of interest and where

they can take up projects.

Experts from industries as well as other senior faculties from the institute who visit the

exhibition will not only encourage and motivate students but also give them directions for

future work as well as for converting the concept to a marketable product.

Methodology:

Final year students were allotted sufficient space required for demonstration of their project.

They were advised to prepare poster, presentations or similar documents that can help them to

better explain their projects.

Exhibition was compulsory to attend for students of 4th and 6th semesters of the department.

Each student attending the exhibition was required to submit a feedback report in the

prescribed format. The form included their quantitative feedback of project on various aspects

like innovation, implementation, presentation skills, etc. as well as identification of best five

projects of their choice. Students were also suggested to indicate their area of interest and if

they would like to take up and further develop any showcased projects.

Exhibition was also kept open for other students of the institute. Principal Heads and staff members of

various departments of the institute as well as experts from industries were invited for visiting the

exhibition. An expert committee of faculties was formed to evaluate student’s project and grade.
