50% deposit by T/T upon final confirmation; balance by T/T before shipment.

Quality Assurance

Seller provides a 12-month guarantee period.

Training, Installation and Test Run

A. Seller shall provide training in seller’s factory; or Seller send the engineer to buyer’s factory,

but Buyer shall pay the round-trip air fare, accommodation, food and so on.

Each person charges USD100 per day
