The Subscription Ordering feature in Oracle CPQ Cloud supports subscription and renewal management capabilities that speed up subscription and renewal of service and support contracts which are delivered over a period of time with recurring billing. This feature ensures that sales teams maximize valuable revenue opportunities.

Easily Renew Service and Support Contracts Subscription Ordering features or Asset Based Ordering (ABO) include quoting subscription annuities, software license contracts, and support agreements. The Subscription Ordering feature eliminates pricing errors and can be used to repackage and extend existing agreements to ensure ongoing revenue streams. With integration into enterprise relationship management (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM), the Subscription Ordering feature makes generating service renewal quotations quickly, accurately, and cost effectively. By taking advantage of the Subscription Ordering capability in Oracle CPQ Cloud, one can merge renewal contracts, end dates, and prorate pricing; giving your sales team a single application for configuring products, delivering accurate quotes, creating professional proposals, and ensuring that your service and support contracts are renewed efficiently. The ability to renew quotes, products, and services on the same quote creates cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, and helps sales representatives maximize their revenue.

• Automatically create or update an asset as of a specific date when an order is fulfilled• Modify or terminate service contracts using the Subscription Ordering interface• Compare an original asset transaction with an updated asset transaction and reconfigure a service contract to

reflect changes, such as changes in the price of the service contract• Integrate with an external asset repository such as the Oracle Communications asset repository or the Salesforce
