Sugar Scrubs

Carrier Oils (Pick one)

• Coconut oil- a more tropical scent great moisturizer

• Almond Oil- a more sweet scent and will brighten your complex

• Aloe Vera oil- great for calming redness and soothing

Essential Oils (Pick two)

• Four to five drops are plenty• Essential oils are very strong and using less is

always best.• Never put it directly on your skin without

diluting it or using with other oils.

Sugars (pick one)

• Bakers Sugar- Finer scrub• Cane Sugar- courser scrub• Brown sugar- thicker scrub

How to use

• Get into a warm bath (bubbles are optional)• Scrub your feet with your sugar scrub for one

to two minutes• Let the scrub set for an additional minute• Wash the remaining scrub off• Enjoy the rest of your bath!
