Booking Procedures
1. Sponsors have to complete and fax/email this reply form and company logo (AI and JPEG format)
to HKRMA.
2. Payment should be settled by cheque payable to “Hong Kong Retail Management Association Ltd”
on or before 20 November 2015.
3. No cancellation will be accepted after submission of form.
4. Please kindly note that sponsor’s contact information will be provided to the event production house
“Gridword Communications Ltd for follow up action.
