Incorporated as a joint venture between Mahindra &Mahindra and BT plc in 1986 under the name of Mahindra-British Telecom.
Later, the name was changed to Tech Mahindra in2006.
Its the 6th largest software exporter in India (NASSCOM2009). 4th largest after acquiring Satyam.
