Superior Commendable Standard
All contracts of 90 days
o Full FSO or AFSO support up to the number of hours needed per week. Minimum hours 5 per week offered to all Customers
o All benefits of training completed by FSO and security points that a company may receive during a security assessment
o Contacts in the community and local security boards MasonByte chairs
o Includes two self-inspections o Twice yearly security file audit (NISPOM requires one per year) o Additional Inspections available on as needed basis for customers needing
immediate support, details available per company size and location of offices.
o On-Premise Support o Occasional for Superior, Rare for Commendable
o Quarterly customized monthly newsletters for Superior & Commendable, Bi-annually for Standard
o Email / Video chat correspondence and inquiries for Commendable & Standard, extended hours for Superior
o W-2 employee assigned if needed as KMP or Account Manager to fulfill DSS requirement for KMP OR ACCOUNT MANAGER only for Superior.
o *COI waiver acknowledgement required
