Superminor SMR este o serie de masini vibrante circulare pentru tratamentul in masa al suprafetelor, caracterizata de patru modele de capacitate de la 12 la 120 litri. Orice masina serie SUPERMINOR se caracterizeaza prin sectiune in forma de "omega" a cuvei, mai mult pentru practicitatea design-ului, modern si functional, astfel incat sa permita configurarea masinii ca si unitate independenta, conceputa pentru operatii de extragere a pieselor cu separare manuala. Sau se poate configura masina prin abinare cu accesoriul optional UNID-MICRO-TC, pentru obtinerea unei separari automate in cascada( compatibil cu dimensiunea articolelor fata de produsele abrazive utilizate). Masinile din seria SUPERMINOR SMR sunt prevazute cu o portita cu deschidere rapida, pentru descarcarea totala a continutului (compatibile cu dimensiunea articolelor introduse, fata de diametrul portitei), si aceasta faciliteaza utilizatorul care alege configuratia masina abinata cu accesoriul UNID-MICRO-TC, datorita faptului ca transferul de masa dintre cuva si vibroseparator poate fi direct. Corpul cuvei este in mod normal din poliuretan rezistent la abraziune si ulei, si cu acelasi elastomer este realizata si partea superioara precum si bazamentul. Forma partii superiare a cuvei permite configurarea masinii cu un acoperamant (optional) PLASTO-LID, care permite o discreta izolare acustica si are rol antistropire sau capac impotriva prafului, in raport cu tipul de proces de operare al masinii (cu sau fara apa). Masina poate fi configurata pentru tratamente fara apa, cu un dop in locul filtrului de evacuare si fara valva, sau pentru tratamente cu apa, cu filtru de evacuare, valva relativa, linie pentru alimentare cu apa si valva relativa.

SUPERMINOR SMR is a series of circular vibratory machines for the mass surface treatment, including a range of four models with the capacity from 12 to 120 lt. Every SUPERMINOR SMR machine distinguishes itself not only for the “omega” section of the working bowl but also for the practicality of its modern and functional design, which allows the configuration of the machine as an independent unit, arranged for manual separation and extraction of pieces. The machine can also be configured together with the optional accessory UNID-MICRO-TC, in order to obtain an automatic separation (compatibly with the dimensions of the articles compared with the “media” of treatment). In fact the machines of the SUPERMINOR SMR series foresee a rapid opening port, for the total discharge of their contents (compatibly with the dimensions of the contents of the working bowl compared to the port diameter) which particularly facilitates the operator who prefers the configuration of the machine with the optional accessory UNID-MICRO-TC, as the mass can directly move from the working bowl to the vibrating screen. The body of the working bowl is normally full polyurethane, anti-abrasive and anti-oil and, with the same elastomer, is also realized the upper part and the basement. The shape of the upper part of the working bowl allows to configurate the machine with a cover (optional), named PLASTO-LID, which allows a fairly good sound proofing and has the function of sprinkling protection or anti-dust cover, depending on the process operated with the machine (with or without water).The machine can be configurated for treatments without water with a plug instead of the discharging filter and without valve or for treatments with water with the discharging filter, relative valve, pipe for water feeding into the bowl and relative valve.

Tablourile de comanda ale masinilor Superminor SMR sunt rezultatul unei proiectari orientate pentru a simplifica si unifica intr-o unica solutie cea mai larga gama de alplicatii. In urma unei macroanalize statistce a combinatiilor cele mai frecvente intre masina si accesorii a luat fiinta tabloul de comanda numit MP (sau MPE in versiunea extinsa), dotat cu microprocesor si panou de comanda digital, adaptate la un convertor de frecventa. Un tablou dotat cu microprocesor (sau PLC), ofera avantajul de a fi programat, in limite destul de ample, in functie de nevoile operative si accesoriilor optionale adaugate, prin simpla incarcare a software-ului potrivit. Acelasi tablou dotat cu convertor de frecventa (sau INVERTER), amplifica exponential posibilitatile de utilizare a unei masini vibrante, deoarece permite o gestiune flexibila si capabila sa fie adaptata variabilelor neprevazute in ultimul moment, cu un singur "clic". Pentru cresterea clasei de izolare si siguranta a tabloului, in general, cutiile sunt realizate din material plastic, izolator prin excelenta. Clasa de izolare Ip55 este de altfel un standard optim pentru tipul de folosinta caruia masinile vibrante ii sunt destinate.

The control boards of the Superminor SMR machines are the result of a project that has the purpose to simplify and unify the most different use possibilities into a single solution. From a statistical macro-analysis of the most frequent combinations between machine and accessories, we have designed the new MP (or MPE in the expanded version) control board that is equipped with a microprocessor and a control digital panel always combined with a frequency converter. A control board equipped with microprocessor (or PLC) offers the advantage to be programmed, within fairly wide limits, according to the process requirements and to the used optional accessories by simply loading the most suitable software. The same control panel, equipped with frequency converter (or INVERTER), extends the use possibilities of a vibrating machine, since it allows a more flexible management, so that to adjust to any unforeseen variables with a simple “clic”. To increase the safety and the isolation class of the control board, usually the cases are made of plastic material, excellent insulation. The IP55 isolation class is moreover a very good standard for the vibrating machines type of use.

Masinile Superminor SMR sunt fabricate in versiune "/P-CF" (cu fir - fara nici un fel de comanda electrica) si pot fi combinate in trei tipuri de solutii standard respectiv: "E"- intrerupator de circuit limitat la functiile pornit si oprit, cu protectie termica a motovibratorului; "MP"- Tablou de comanda dotat cu microprocesor, inverter, panou de comnda cu afisaj grafic si taste cu functie, intrerupator general si de urgenta (rosu/galben), tablou de clasa Ip55 cu grad ridicat de izolare datorat materialului de constructie, software specific si personalizat pentru fiecare livrare. Predispus cu intrari/iesiri pentru un singur accesoriu coordonat, de tip predefinit. "MPE"-Tablou identic cu tipul "MP"dar cu expansiune de intrari si iesiri pentru a putea gestiona pana la doua/tri accesorii coordonate de tip predefinit. Livrarea panoului de comanda digital, prevede infine personalizarea in limba informatiilor de suport atat a comenzilor cat si a citirilor, cum ar fi de exemplu viteza de rotatie a motorului. An example of a plant solution type RW-1776 for vibratory finishing of articles of various types and metal alloys, split into two lines, respectively:a. for articles compatible with the drying vibrator with warm absorbent granulates (1. above left); b. for articles compatible with the centrifugal drying, with hot air (1. low right);The plant is composed by a vibro-conveyor (2.) to transport the treated pieces, with continuout recirculation of passivating solution. However, the possible personalizations are countless.An example (3.) of self barrelling process, with special antishock technology Microfluid (Patent pending - I).

Un exemplu de solutie de sistem RW-1776 pentru vibrofinisare de articole metalice de diferite tipuri si aliaje, divizata pe doua linii, respectiv: a. pentru articole compatibile cu uscare in masina vibranta cu granule absorbante calde (1. sus, la stanga); b. pentru articole compatibile cu uscare in centrifuga ,cu aer cald (1. jos, in dreapta); (2.), cu recirculare continua de solutie de pasivizare. Personalizarile de configuratie sunt nenumarate. Un exemplu (3.) de autoburatare, proces cu tehnologie speciala antisoc Microfluid (Patent Pending-I).

Coloana DOS-KEM-QF, structura tehnologica de suport, predispusa pentru fixarea tabloului de comanda al masinii si dotata cu statie de dozare automata pentru procese de tip QF (faza Abragrip si faza de clatire automata cu amestec apa/compus); 3.
