Supported Studiesoffers a wide range ofcourses to students with

Work ExperienceWe have a highly motivated and

dedicated team to ensure the bestoutcomes for our students. Ourpriority is to place students in avariety of different employmentsettings during their time with us.Each student will be accompanied

to interviews and receive jobcoaching and travel training ifneeded.

Learn 4 Life COURSE CODE (FS102)

Learn 4 Life is designedfor young people, aged 16-

24, with severe learningdifculties who want todevelop independentliving skills. This courseaims to improvecondence, social skills,and self-esteem towork towards being asindependent as possible.Students will be taught insmall groups of 8-10 andmay follow an individuallearning programme.Our highly competentand experienced support

staff will meet and greetthe students on arrivaland stay with themthroughout the dayincluding breaks andlunch.

Briar Patch is a 24 hour supported housing environment for young adults aged18+ with learning difculties. Independent living skills are delivered through anon-site college Stepping Out course, which enables real life experiences to be

the key to learning. This life skills course runs in conjunction with a SupportedStudies course at a College main site. The length of placement is between 2 and4 years, dependent on individual ability. The provision is run in partnership withGenesis Housing Association and students have a tenancy agreement with them.An extensive assessment takes place to ensure that young people are able andwilling to fully engage with learning in this supported housing environment.
